Key Responsibilities:Engage proactively with both internal and external stakeholders to assess information requirements and deliver insightful analysis and reporting. Build and maintain strong client relationships. Gather requirements through various methods including interviews, document analysis, and workshops. Critically assess information from diverse sources, identify discrepancies, and translate high-level data into actionable insights. Effectively communicate concepts and articulate findings in both verbal and written formats with professionalism. Perform any additional duties as assigned. Minimum Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Business or Engineering preferred, or equivalent experience. Minimum of 2 years of client-facing experience in roles such as technical sales, consulting, or business development. At least 2 years of experience in data or business analysis, demonstrating proficiency in report development from various data sources. Required Skills:High proficiency in generating actionable reporting data and documenting business requirements. Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint). SQL skills at a beginner to intermediate level, with the capability to build and modify queries. Experience in report creation on Power BI is preferred, with a willingness to learn if not already possessed. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Creative and innovative thinker. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. Able to convey complex concepts clearly and engage with a diverse range of audiences.
