In your role as a Project Area Manager at Stadgenoot, you will play a crucial role in improving the livability of Amsterdam's neighborhoods and complexes. You will be the central figure in creating a safe and pleasant living environment for our residents and will work closely with them to promote participation and self-management. How You Contribute to a Livable and Accessible Amsterdam
In this position, you will be part of the Projects team, which acts as the 'flexible layer' within our organization. As a Project Area Manager, you will be deployed in areas where temporary additional capacity or expertise is required for projects related to livability, intensive management, or participation. You will oversee the execution and realization of these projects, ensuring a seamless transition to the Management team. Through your commitment and experience, you will contribute to the development of specific expertise within the team and play a vital role in further professionalizing project-based work.
Moreover, you will prepare an annual program and budget for your area and will be responsible for developing and implementing policies related to livability and resident participation. You will collaborate closely with various stakeholders, both internal and external, to maintain the common areas and gardens at a high standard. This will ensure a safer, cleaner, and more pleasant living environment for every Amsterdammer.
