As the Project Controlling Manager at Movu Robotics, you will be instrumental in enhancing financial performance and ensuring transparency throughout our global project portfolio. Your role will involve maintaining rigorous financial controls, precise forecasting, and transparent reporting, positioning you as a trusted advisor to Project Management and Operations. By leveraging strong analytical skills alongside decisive leadership, you will contribute to the establishment of a scalable and high-performing project controlling function within a rapidly expanding industrial automation firm.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee financial management for projects in all stages, including budgeting, forecasting, margin tracking, and cash flow analysis.
- Provide timely and accurate insights into project performance, proactively identifying risks, variances, and opportunities.
- Collaborate with Project Managers to ensure effective cost control, profitability, and adherence to internal financial standards.
- Manage month-end closing processes, accruals, percentage of completion, and project reporting, ensuring uniformity and reliability across all regions.
- Act as a strategic business partner to senior leadership, transforming financial data into actionable strategies.
- Lead continuous enhancements of controlling tools, reporting processes, and automation capabilities.
- Serve as the primary user for the project controlling IT ecosystem and participate in ERP/BI system improvements.
- Guide, mentor, and develop a growing team of controllers, promoting ownership, collaboration, and excellence.
