As a Project Controls Analyst II, you will collaborate with our financial and cornerstone systems to enhance project management processes. You will apply financial principles and data analysis techniques to identify potential financial impacts on projects. Your responsibilities include developing and maintaining Work Breakdown Structures (WBS) for smaller projects, assisting in establishing project baseline data using drawings and specifications, and conducting fundamental analyses of cost and schedule variances.
You will also gather data for trending and forecasting, understand performance metrics, and participate in data collection to evaluate project performance trends. Familiarity with concepts such as earned value management, scope control, and change management will be beneficial as you collect data for analysis on labor and cost requirements against budget constraints. Additionally, you will support the tracking of purchase orders and subcontract commitments, as well as contribute to the project reporting process.
