The Role

We are seeking a Project Delivery Manager to guarantee the seamless and successful execution of projects within the realms of AI, Data, and Engineering for our esteemed clients.
This position is perfect for an individual who merges exceptional project and people management abilities with a true enthusiasm for technology and innovation. You will oversee the entire delivery lifecycle , from strategic planning and execution to optimization and stakeholder engagement , ensuring projects are delivered efficiently, fulfill expectations, and create substantial business impact.

Key Responsibilities

• Direct comprehensive project delivery: including scope definition, resource allocation, timeline management, reporting, communication, and financial oversight.
• Uphold exemplary delivery standards and ensure client satisfaction throughout project lifecycles.
• Implement and tailor Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, hybrid) to suit the unique needs of teams and clients.
• Monitor and evaluate project performance, proactively identifying risks and opportunities for improvement.
• Facilitate effective and transparent stakeholder communication, managing expectations across all levels.
• Assess project health, including risks, team sentiment, and financial status.
• Lead and nurture cross-functional teams, promoting collaboration, accountability, and a culture of continuous improvement.
• Maintain precise RAG/RAID tracking to provide clear visibility into project status.

Requirements

Demonstrated experience in project or delivery management, preferably within a technology, consulting, or SaaS context.
