Reporting to: Head of Logistics Services
Your role will be pivotal in driving operational excellence and strategic growth within the TFS courier and TFS On-demand service divisions. You will implement innovative projects that widen service offerings, optimize operational efficiency, and improve client satisfaction. This position acts as a catalyst for data analysis, leading continuous improvement initiatives, facilitating smooth client onboarding, and coordinating cross-departmental collaboration to enhance TFS network performance and expand market presence.
Your Responsibilities:
- Project Implementation: Spearhead strategic projects within the TFS courier and TFS On-demand sectors to bolster service capabilities and market reach.
- Service Expansion: Identify, develop, and launch new service offerings to fulfill changing market demands and client needs.
- Data Analysis & Insights: Analyze operational and performance data trends to uncover opportunities for optimization, cost savings, and service improvements.
- Continuous Improvement: Initiate and execute improvement projects across TFS operations to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and elevate service quality.
- Client Onboarding: Oversee and streamline the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring seamless integration and optimal service delivery.
- Operational Collaboration: Collaborate closely with operations teams to pinpoint improvement areas, implement solutions, and ensure operational excellence.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Foster productive relationships with stakeholders to align project objectives with business goals.
