Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Business, Project Management, or a related field. Minimum of 3 years of project management experience in a manufacturing environment. Strong proficiency in Power BI, Excel, and data visualization tools. In-depth understanding of capacity planning, resource management, and process optimization. Ability to distill complex data into clear, structured reports for senior leadership. PMP or an equivalent project management certification. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Preferred Qualifications:Experience with Lean, Six Sigma, or operational excellence methodologies. Hands-on experience with manufacturing processes such as SMT, Wave, Box-build, and Assembly.

Join our dynamic team as a Project Engineer, where you'll play a pivotal role in project management and governance. We are looking for an analytical and detail-oriented PMO Coordinator who excels in synthesizing complex data into structured reports. This position requires a strategic mindset to ensure effective project visibility and alignment among diverse stakeholders.

The successful candidate will track, report, and enhance project execution, collaborating with cross-functional teams to assess manufacturing capacity, optimize resource allocation, and navigate operational constraints. Proficiency in Power BI is essential, as you will develop automated reporting dashboards to boost project transparency.

Your critical role will involve maintaining strategic project governance, ensuring that new and transfer projects are evaluated, prioritized, and executed efficiently, without disrupting ongoing operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for project intake, collaborating with external project managers and internal teams.
  • Establish and implement standardized project tracking systems to provide real-time visibility on project status, risks, and resource allocation.
  • Develop project governance standards, ensuring thorough documentation, approval processes, and risk mitigation strategies.
  • Facilitate project reviews to ensure seamless alignment between Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and Operations.

Factory Capacity & Resource Planning:

  • Work closely with Industrial Engineering and Production Planning to assess factory capacity before accepting new projects.
  • Evaluate the impact of new initiatives on existing operations to prevent resource overload.
  • Collaborate with Process Engineering to analyze tooling, manpower, and process readiness.

Reporting & Data-Driven Decision Making:

  • Generate and maintain weekly project status reports for senior management, ensuring transparency on milestones, blockers, and next steps.
  • Leverage Power BI, Excel, and data visualization tools to create interactive dashboards for tracking project progress and factory performance.
  • Implement KPI tracking for New Product Introduction (NPI) projects to support data-driven decision-making across departments.
  • Provide actionable insights to optimize project prioritization and resource allocation.

Process Improvement & Risk Management:

  • Identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies in project execution workflows while recommending continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Partner with Engineering and Operations teams to enhance the efficiency of the NPI process.
  • Mitigate risks by analyzing historical project data and improving forecasting accuracy.
