At Franki Foundations, we are looking for a dedicated Project Engineer to collaborate closely with our Project and Design teams. In this role, you will:

Actively engage in project design and proposal writing;
Ensure optimal planning and preparation for project execution;
Take charge of maintaining project quality standards;
Oversee budget management and conduct regular cost monitoring;
Serve as the primary point of contact, facilitating effective information sharing among project partners including clients, architects, engineering offices, project owners, and support services.

Collaborate with the Production Teams:

Prepare and monitor the execution of projects on-site;
Ensure that sites are adequately supplied with necessary materials and resources;
Enforce health, safety, and environmental requirements;
Pause activities when safety, health, or environmental hazards arise;
Ensure compliance with client requirements and quality procedures.

Work with Safety, Health, Environment & Quality, People, and Maintenance Departments:

Contribute to the continuous improvement of the company in Safety, Health, Environment, and Quality;
Promote company values and serve as a reference point for respect and integrity.
