Qualifications

A Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field from an accredited institution. Demonstrated proficiency in managing large-scale EPC projects, with a proven track record of delivering projects on schedule and within budget. In-depth knowledge of project management methodologies and tools, including PMP or equivalent certifications. Exceptional leadership, organizational, and communication skills to effectively oversee cross-functional teams and project stakeholders. Ability to thrive in high-pressure environments, managing multiple projects and tasks simultaneously. Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with meticulous attention to detail. Proficient in project management software and tools, such as Primavera P6 or MS Project. Familiarity with health, safety, security, and environmental (HSSE) regulations in the industrial sector.

This key position is essential for the effective execution of engineering, procurement, and construction (EPC) initiatives, ensuring adherence to both quality standards and safety regulations.
The selected candidate will be primarily based at Rabigh, Saudi Arabia.
Key Responsibilities
- Steer the planning and execution of EPC projects, ensuring alignment with contract specifications and safety protocols.
