Qualifications

Proven experience in global study budgeting and contract management within a Contract Research Organization (CRO) or pharmaceutical setting. Educational background in Finance, Economics, or relevant fields. Strong project budgeting skills, including budget negotiation, analysis (actual vs. planned), forecasting, and project scope management. Familiarity with time tracking and budgeting systems/tools. Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and overall computer literacy. Ability to deliver precise and timely financial information and reports. Strong analytical skills and effective communication/negotiation abilities; capable of training others. Excellent organizational and time management skills.

Work Arrangement: Hybrid model based in Mississauga.

Key Responsibilities:

Formulate and develop study budgets, including preparing budgets for bids and managing change orders for ongoing projects.
Oversee the management of study budgets during the clinical project lifecycle, which includes setting up and maintaining project finance information in PSI's internal systems, preparing accrual reports, and processing invoice requests.
Draft and develop Sponsor Contracts, including preparation of sponsor agreements, change orders, and payment schedules.
Manage the Timesheet System, ensuring the setup and maintenance of project-specific timesheets in PSI’s internal system while regularly reconciling actual vs. budgeted costs.
