Join dipper as a Project Manager for a temporary engagement lasting 3 months, with the option to extend to 6 months. In this pivotal role, you will lead the execution of engineering initiatives, enhancing team productivity during a crucial development period.
This position is designed for a proactive individual who can swiftly adapt, establish order in uncertain situations, and ensure seamless progress across various cross-functional workflows.
Your Responsibilities Include:
Leading cross-team projects from inception to completion
Establish milestones, manage project dependencies, and ensure timely delivery across engineering teams.
Proactively identify risks and facilitate solutions to keep teams on track.
Ensure thorough documentation of decisions and clear ownership of action items.
Streamlining engineering processes
Coordinate regular technical meetings (architecture reviews, backend syncs, tech talks), including scheduling, agenda preparation, note-taking, and follow-up actions.
Maintain comprehensive decision trails and organized documentation to minimize information loss.
Deliver concise weekly operational updates to facilitate prioritization and coordination.
Enhancing workflow quality
Optimize the bug triage process by improving intake, routing, labeling, and the overall workflow.
Keep Linear, GitHub, Slack, and shared documentation well-organized and up-to-date for easy access to information and to prevent team blockers.
Identify recurring challenges and implement practical, scalable process improvements.
Facilitating developer efficiency
Collaborate with engineers to assess tools, conduct structured trials, gather feedback, and scale successful solutions.
Ensure visibility into tool usage and investments aligned with critical workflows.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 3 years of experience in project management, technical program management, operations, consulting, or a similar technical coordination role.
Proven track record of driving projects to successful completion while managing multiple stakeholders effectively.
Exceptional organizational, communication, and leadership skills required.
