Your expertise will ensure the seamless execution of complex projects while maintaining strong client relationships. The ideal candidate will possess a blend of technical knowledge and exceptional problem-solving skills, enabling them to navigate customer interactions with ease.

Key Responsibilities:

• Direct the planning, execution, and completion of AI-centric projects designed to enhance core banking solutions, ensuring that they meet client expectations and align with strategic goals.

• Partner with product owners and technical teams to articulate project scope, gather requirements, and formulate comprehensive project plans.

• Oversee project timelines, budgets, and resource allocations to guarantee projects are delivered on time and within scope.

• Facilitate clear and effective communication among team members, stakeholders, and clients to maintain transparency and alignment throughout the project lifecycle.

• Identify, evaluate, and mitigate risks associated with project implementations and core banking operations.

• Track project progress and performance, making necessary adjustments to achieve objectives and improve overall efficiency.

• Provide guidance and mentorship to team members, promoting a culture of collaboration and innovation.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.

• Minimum of 5 years of project management experience, particularly in developing banking or financial software/systems.

• Demonstrated success in delivering projects within the banking or financial services sector.

• Exceptional leadership and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging stakeholders at various levels.

• Fluency in both English and Thai is essential.

• Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools; PMP certification or equivalent preferred.
