A successful track record (2-5 years) in project management, consulting, IT, Data, or innovation. A strong interest in AI topics with prior exposure to AI projects. Key SkillsSolid foundation in project management (organization, monitoring, coordination). Adept at understanding technical subjects and AI technologies. Strong written and verbal communication skills in both French and English. Ability to structure, document, and synthesize information. Comfortable in discussions with diverse stakeholders (including English speakers). Soft SkillsCuriosity and a desire to learn. Organizational skills and operational reliability. Collaborative spirit and facilitative approach.

As a Project Manager for Artificial Intelligence, you will play a pivotal role within our team, engaging in the following responsibilities:
1. Operational Coordination of AI Projects
- Oversee the progress of all ongoing AI projects and experiments.
- Facilitate communication and coordination between IT, Product, and Business teams.
- Organize and lead project rituals (progress meetings, follow-up committees).
- Monitor schedules, budgets, risks, dependencies, and action items.
2. Liaison with AI Partners
- Serve as the operational point of contact for technology partners regarding AI initiatives, under the guidance of the CIO.
- Collaborate with various operational leaders to clarify needs and track deliverables.
- Ensure effective information flow between partners and internal teams.
3. Structuring AI Use Cases
- Assist in formalizing use cases (objectives, scope, expected value).
- Contribute to transitioning from proof of concept to operational solutions.
- Document projects, lessons learned, and best practices.
4. Support for Governance & Reporting
- Prepare tracking and reporting materials for the CIO.
- Help establish a simple and effective AI governance framework.
- Monitor key progress indicators and value metrics.
5. Cultural Awareness & Communication
- Participate in conducting workshops or internal presentations on AI topics.
- Assist in promoting a pragmatic, business-oriented AI culture.
