What You Bring: 5+ years of experience managing cross-functional teams as a Project Manager in agile and/or iterative waterfall environments. Proven ability to coordinate with business stakeholders and development & testing leads to prioritize deliverables across the program roadmap, alongside conducting research to define future feature designs. Expertise in guiding teams through delivery processes while managing scope, risks, and issues, effectively resolving them at the lowest level, and escalating when necessary. Strong collaboration skills with tech teams to establish comprehensive acceptance criteria and decompose business epics into actionable features and user stories, steering the team toward achieving the Minimal Viable Product (MVP). Experience in executing Agile delivery methodologies, including team sprint and increment planning.

About the Role:

As a Project Manager, you will be instrumental in driving the successful execution of projects and change initiatives for our clients in the financial and energy sectors. You will closely collaborate with project teams, product owners, and client stakeholders to resolve conflicts and eliminate obstacles, ensuring that all deliverables are achieved on schedule and meet high-quality standards. This position may involve managing both Capco and client personnel, all united in the pursuit of delivering projects on time and within budget.

Your Responsibilities Include:

  • Formulating and executing an integration strategy and roadmap.
  • Leading the team in gathering technical requirements, mapping, validating, and optimizing processes.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to align integrations with data processes, business objectives, and technical specifications.
  • Engaging with technology teams to develop tooling and solutions for integrations, endpoints, secure data transfers, and ensuring system resiliency.
  • Managing stakeholder communications while providing valuable insights for decision-making.
  • Monitoring data quality, compliance, and security standards throughout the project lifecycle.
