Salary Range: $120,000 - $137,000

The Project Manager (PM) will act as the primary liaison and corporate representative for all project stakeholders, including Owners, OPMs, Developers, Architects, Engineers, and Subcontractors. The PM is entrusted with overseeing the entire project life cycle, which includes budget management, cost analysis, scheduling, risk assessment, resource allocation, and safety protocols, all while delivering outstanding customer service. The PM will also lead the implementation of a Raving Fans action plan and play an integral role in business development, participating in networking events, marketing strategies, proposal drafting, and interview processes.

Key Responsibilities / Essential Functions

  • Support and engage in the proposal and preconstruction phases.
  • Collaborate with estimating and purchasing teams during the procurement phase.
  • Conduct constructability reviews of drawings and provide budget updates as needed.
  • Oversee project team dynamics and staffing requirements.
  • Facilitate and lead weekly owner/architect/contractor (OAC) meetings and subcontractor discussions; ensure preparation and distribution of meeting minutes.
  • Continuously liaise with field staff (General Superintendent, Project Superintendent, Assistant Superintendent, Safety Manager, etc.) on project goals, budget, and schedule.
  • Manage project finances, including cost reporting, monthly requisitions, invoice approval, and ensuring timely project completion while proactively addressing issues.
  • Forecast budget adjustments.
  • Handle Change Management and negotiate disputes when necessary.
  • Represent Consigli in interactions with Owners, Architects, Consultants, Government Authorities, Vendors, and Subcontractors.
  • Act as the main contact for Owner communications and reporting.
  • Mentor and manage multiple team members across complex projects.
  • Evaluate team performance and identify training needs, facilitating development opportunities.
  • Oversee project controls including RFIs, submittals, and material delivery tracking with support from APM and PE.
  • Ensure accurate tracking and reporting of material deliveries.
  • Manage meeting agendas, minutes, and reporting.
  • Maintain strong relationships with subcontractors, ensuring early notification of submission and material delivery expectations.
