As a Project Manager at Dexterity, you will oversee the meticulous planning and execution of robotic system deployments across various customer sites. Your responsibilities will encompass conducting site surveys, managing logistics, coordinating with teams, and ensuring comprehensive training for both customer operators and Dexterity support staff.
Your role will also involve capturing insights from deployments to inform process enhancements and design improvements. A significant aspect of your responsibilities will be to ensure thorough documentation of all deployment facets.
In addition to leading hardware and software deployments, you will act as a collaborative leader amongst your peers, developing templates, best practices, and resources to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of our project management and field teams.
