Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage cross-functional teams to ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and on budget.
- Design and maintain detailed project plans that outline tasks, schedules, dependencies, resources, and budget allocations.
- Track project progress and performance, proactively identifying risks and issues, and employing effective mitigation strategies.
- Establish and nurture communication channels with internal stakeholders, clients, and vendors to ensure alignment with project goals.
- Organize and facilitate project meetings, including kick-off sessions, progress updates, and client engagements.
- Provide consistent project status updates and reports, highlighting any modifications to scope, schedule, or budget.
- Conduct project reviews and lessons learned sessions to continuously improve processes and outcomes.
- Work closely with the product development team to align priorities and ensure project deliverables are met.
