  • Background: Implementing new features in Mobile and Internet Banking to enhance customer banking experiences.

  • Project Scope:
    • Mobile Banking: Oversee all project activities related to the mobile banking application from initiation to closure, coordinating with external vendors and stakeholders.
    • Online Banking: Manage all aspects of the online banking application project, ensuring effective execution and collaboration with external vendors and stakeholders.

Services and Responsibilities of the Project Manager

  • Project Planning: Work with internal and vendor teams to create comprehensive project plans, timelines, and resource allocations.
  • Vendor Management: Act as the main liaison between the bank and external vendors, ensuring performance meets contractual obligations and addressing any challenges.
  • Risk Management: Identify potential risks such as delays or integration issues and develop strategies for mitigation.
  • Scope and Change Management: Oversee changes to project scope with proper documentation and approvals.
  • Budget Management: Track the project budget to ensure cost-effectiveness.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Provide regular updates to stakeholders, including senior management, regarding project status and challenges.
  • Quality Assurance: Monitor the vendor's quality assurance processes and establish quality standards for deliverables.
  • Implementation and Deployment: Manage the deployment of enhancements to ensure a seamless transition to operational status.
