Project Manager – Client Audit and Performance

Position Responsibilities:Oversee multiple client audits or project teams, collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely and on-scope delivery. Develop, maintain, and implement comprehensive project plans, detailing scope, timelines, milestones, resource allocation, and task assignments across concurrent audits and initiatives. Lead end-to-end project management from initiation to closeout, guaranteeing alignment with business objectives and contractual obligations. Act as the primary liaison during meetings with external auditors and consultants, leading project kickoffs, clarifying scope and procedures, and managing expectations. Track project progress and performance, proactively addressing risks, issues, dependencies, and scope changes. Work closely with cross-functional subject matter experts (e.g., Account Management, Analytics, Network, Provider Relations, Product, Compliance) to gather deliverables, review findings, respond, complete corrective actions, and ensure follow-up responsibilities are clearly assigned.
