Key Responsibilities
- Direct the planning and implementation of rail infrastructure projects, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and meeting client expectations.
- Craft and oversee project timelines, budgets, and resource distribution to guarantee successful project execution.
- Collaborate with diverse stakeholders, including governmental bodies, contractors, and community representatives, to ensure project coherence and transparency.
- Track project advancement and report performance metrics to senior management and clients.
- Assess project risks and devise mitigation strategies to prevent delays and budget overruns.
- Ensure adherence to safety regulations and best practices throughout every project phase.
- Engage in stakeholder meetings and present project updates as necessary.
