Join TransPerfect as a Project Manager specializing in on-site data collection and user studies. With over three years of experience in leading data-driven projects, you will oversee the complete project lifecycle, ensuring timely delivery, budget management, and effective communication with clients. This remote position prefers candidates in the San Francisco Bay Area, but we also welcome exceptional candidates from Atlanta, GA, and New Jersey/NYC. Expect to travel across the USA for project launches, realignment, and key checkpoints.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the end-to-end execution of on-site data collection projects, including usability tests and field research.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, schedules, and staffing requirements to guarantee timely project execution.
- Oversee budget management, including forecasting, tracking expenditures, and managing vendor relationships.
- Prepare and present client-facing updates, translating complex data into digestible narratives.
- Organize on-site logistics, ensuring site readiness and participant flow.
- Lead and mentor project team members, ensuring accountability and quality deliverables.
- Guarantee data quality and compliance with all study protocols.
- Maintain thorough project documentation and reporting.
- Proactively identify risks and implement mitigation strategies as necessary.
