Responsibilities
- Planning, managing, and coordinating all project activities
- Leading the project team while overseeing project responsibilities
- Analyzing project proposals and plans to define scope, timelines, budget, and resource requirements
- Establishing and maintaining sustainable relationships with clients and subcontractors
- Managing contracts from initial contact through project completion
- Collaborating with authorities
- Ensuring compliance with safety and cleanliness standards on-site
Your Profile
- Completed degree in civil engineering or equivalent qualification gained through professional experience
- Extensive professional experience in construction projects, with a minimum of 5 years in project management
- Strong understanding of contracts (EPC) along with knowledge of relevant technical standards and regulations regarding cost estimation, tendering, and awarding
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and essential software tools such as iTWO, MS Project, Primavera P6
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Valid Class B driver's license and willingness to travel to our European construction sites
- Fluent in German and English at a negotiation level
