At Intelligent Technical Solutions, we are on the lookout for a talented Project Manager to enhance our growing team. In this pivotal role, you will drive the successful delivery of projects with a focus on client satisfaction, utilizing your expertise in customer service, problem-solving, and meticulous attention to detail. Collaborate with a diverse group of professionals and leverage various tools to ensure projects are executed on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee coordination of internal resources and third-party vendors to ensure seamless execution and collaboration.
  • Lead projects to consistently meet client expectations while keeping a close eye on budgets and timelines.
  • Encourage a culture of teamwork and shared success across all projects.
  • Develop and maintain detailed project documentation throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Employ appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule, and costs.

Prior Experience:

  • At least 2 years of experience in leading project deployments or related roles.
  • Strong technical knowledge of project components and systems.
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to optimization.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills for effective stakeholder engagement.
  • Client-focused with a dedication to ensuring high levels of client satisfaction.
  • Demonstrated flexibility and adaptability in project execution.

Job Qualifications:

  • Experience with remote teams is preferred.
  • Hands-on experience in deploying and troubleshooting various technologies including endpoints, servers, cloud solutions, and networks.
  • Able to thrive in a fast-paced and occasionally high-pressure consulting environment.
  • Familiarity with Professional Services Automation (PSA) tools or ticketing platforms like ConnectWise is essential.
  • Experience working in a Managed Service Provider (MSP) environment supporting multiple clients is highly desirable.
  • Proficiency in Remote Monitoring and Management (RMM) tools such as Kaseya or LabTech/ConnectWise Automate is required.
