Required Qualifications:Minimum of 10 years of experience in IT. At least 3 to 4 years of experience in project management (depending on the position). Your responsibilities will include:Gathering and defining business requirements. Ensuring functional coherence of the product. Coordinating between technical teams, business stakeholders, and suppliers. Overseeing the roadmap, prioritization, and delivery of features. Guaranteeing a high level of service and product quality. Managing project budgets. Language proficiency: Minimum B2 level in English. Essential skills:Deep knowledge of Kanban implementation at both team and area levels, including the use of metrics such as delivery time, delivery ratio, and work-in-progress limits.
