Qualifications

Lead and coordinate the cross-functional project team to achieve project goals. Oversee the quality of project deliverables including fee plans, work plans, risk mitigation strategies, and contracts. Address and resolve project issues that affect objectives. Assist in the development of scope and budget for proposals and adaptive project planning. Enhance client relationships and support business development aligned with our strategic business goals. Serve as the primary point of contact for internal communications and identify performance variances. Advocate for SNHA, a Woolpert Company, and our parent company, Woolpert, as leaders in the mission-critical services sector. Collaborate with Market Leads in negotiating project schedules, fees, scopes, and contract terms for complex, multidisciplinary projects. Identify and resolve any project-related issues that impact client satisfaction and objectives. Clarify and convey client needs and expectations. Maintain ongoing communication with stakeholders (clients, client managers, etc.) to address, resolve, and anticipate project issues.
