Qualifications
A recognized degree in a relevant technical field such as Engineering, Construction Management, or Project Management. Proven experience in the real estate industry, with a strong focus on the education sector being a MUST. A solid background in design management. Client-side consulting experience is highly desirable. Ability to excel in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment. Proficient in Microsoft tools with Primavera expertise being a significant advantage. Technical acumen to lead and manage complex projects as the main client liaison. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with strong report and bid writing capabilities. Demonstrated leadership skills and the ability to inspire and develop a team. Highly motivated with a strong commitment to client satisfaction.
