Qualifications
Key Responsibilities:Oversee and manage multiple wealth management projects from inception to completion, ensuring successful delivery within defined scope, budget, and timeline. Develop and sustain detailed project plans, covering resource management, risk assessment, and contingency strategies for wealth management implementations. Facilitate communication between technical teams (data scientists, ML engineers) and business stakeholders, ensuring alignment with corporate objectives. Establish and enforce project management methodologies tailored for AI development, combining Agile and traditional methods as necessary. Maintain comprehensive project documentation, encompassing requirements, specifications, progress reports, and performance metrics. Manage project budgets, resource distribution, and vendor partnerships for wealth management projects. Identify and address project risks, especially those specific to wealth management implementations, including data integrity, model performance, and ethical considerations. Lead sprint planning, retrospectives, and status meetings while nurturing a collaborative team environment. Track project KPIs and generate executive-level updates regarding project status, risks, and outcomes. Guide stakeholder expectations concerning wealth management capabilities, limitations, and implementation timelines.
