Position Overview:

Reporting to the Regional Manager and part of the Paris project team, you will oversee the preliminary actions required for the implementation of wind farms at various stages of development. You will be responsible for coordinating and leading the projects under your supervision, ensuring the proper execution of actions, adherence to timelines, and budget management.

Additionally, you may also be involved in identifying new sites and securing electricity purchase tariffs.

The role may cover geographical areas including Grand Est, Normandy, Hauts-de-France, Centre-Val-de-Loire, and Île-de-France.

Your Responsibilities:

Project Management:

· Provide guidance, mentorship, and support to project managers;

· Plan, manage workloads, and prioritize tasks;

· Contribute to skill development, goal setting, and sharing of knowledge and best practices;

· Support project managers in the development of their projects, including preparation of strategic decisions, risk assessments, and territorial and commercial strategy development.
