Candidate Profile:Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related discipline; an MBA is advantageous. Project Management Certification: PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent is highly desirable.3–6 years of experience in project management, ideally in a conglomerate, consultancy, or logistics/infrastructure environment. Deep knowledge of the KSA business landscape and familiarity with the Vision 2030 framework, as well as experience working with Saudi government ministries and international organizations. Fluency in English and Arabic is essential to navigate governmental documentation and internal reporting.

As the key operational leader for our initiatives in Saudi Arabia, you will ensure the seamless tracking, management, and acceleration of opportunities across our extensive global portfolio at Agility. Your role will involve acting as a crucial intermediary between high-level government interactions and practical implementation.

You will be tasked with maintaining a unified reference point for our project pipeline, managing intricate stakeholder relations within the Saudi context, and equipping leadership with the analytical insights necessary for informed decision-making.

Core Responsibilities:

Pipeline Management: Develop and consistently update the KSA Opportunity Tracker using Power BI or Excel, overseeing project status, accountability, timelines, and interdependencies.
Stakeholder Engagement: Monitor interactions with significant KSA entities, ensuring proper documentation of follow-up actions.
Performance Analytics: Create monthly updates and visual dashboards that convert complex data into actionable insights for the executive team.
Operational Oversight: Directly liaise with Operating Companies (OpCos) to ensure timely execution of meeting actions and project deadlines.
Risk Management: Proactively identify and communicate potential delays, resource constraints, or strategic risks before they affect project delivery.
Knowledge Continuity: Guarantee the uninterrupted flow of project data and strategic relationships during shifts in priorities or team changes.
