As a Project Manager at fuku, you'll play a crucial role in steering cross-functional teams toward successful project delivery. Your responsibilities will include:
- Leading and managing diverse project teams to ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and budget.
- Crafting comprehensive project plans, timelines, and resource allocations that align with our organizational goals.
- Collaborating with both internal and external stakeholders to define project requirements, deliverables, and key success criteria.
- Tracking project progress, identifying potential risks, and implementing effective mitigation strategies.
- Generating and presenting regular project status updates to senior management and stakeholders.
- Upholding compliance with company policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements throughout the project lifecycle.
- Promoting effective communication among team members, stakeholders, and clients.
- Managing project scope changes and resolving issues promptly.
- Leading continuous improvement initiatives and contributing to the enhancement of project management best practices.
We are looking for candidates who possess:
- A Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Project Management, or a related field; PMP or equivalent certification is preferred.
- At least 5 years of relevant project management experience, ideally in engineering, technology, or similar industries.
- A successful track record of managing complex projects from inception to completion.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management capabilities.
- Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies (e.g., MS Project, Agile, Waterfall).
- The ability to thrive both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with industry standards, regulatory requirements, and quality assurance processes.
