The Project Planner will play a pivotal role in shaping project schedules and control procedures, ensuring successful project delivery through strong analytical, technical, and communication skills. This position emphasizes proactive planning, risk management, and performance tracking.
This role is primarily site-based in Milan, with an initial onboarding phase in Amsterdam.
Key Responsibilities:
• Formulate, sustain, and evaluate comprehensive master construction programs and project control procedures for ongoing projects.
• Generate and present progress evaluations and reports to senior management.
• Collaborate with key stakeholders to assess project progress, identify risks, and facilitate proactive issue resolution.
• Define and manage project schedule resource allocation across all phases: pre-construction, construction, and commissioning.
• Develop and maintain progress reporting tools to track the fulfillment of project goals and milestones.
• Deliver performance updates and variance reports, outlining necessary corrective actions.
• Act as the Planning representative in client and subcontractor meetings, clearly communicating schedule status and planning challenges.
• Support account management and business development efforts by cultivating and sustaining long-term client relationships.
• Take charge of assigned projects and collaborate with colleagues on additional projects as required.
• Ensure alignment of project planning practices with company standards and enhance continuous improvement initiatives.
