Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. Experience in construction or infrastructure projects. Familiarity with construction methodologies and techniques. Understanding of project scheduling and resource allocation principles. Attention to detail and strong problem-solving capabilities.

You will be responsible for crafting, implementing, and overseeing project schedules and plans, playing a pivotal role in our project execution.

  • Employ planning software, preferably Primavera P6, to monitor and track project progress, supporting delivery forecasting and look-ahead planning.
  • Utilize planning software to assist in developing and managing change and impact programs with delivery teams.
  • Formulate detailed project execution plans, schedules, and resource allocations.
  • Conduct comprehensive analyses of project requirements and construct detailed work breakdown structures.
  • Identify potential program risks and recommend mitigation strategies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ascertain all project requirements and establish timelines.
  • Perform resource forecasting and optimization to enhance project efficiency.
  • Support the development of project budgets and cost estimates through effective program utilization.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and company policies.
  • Contribute to ongoing improvements in planning processes.
