We are currently seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Project Scheduler/Planner to join our team. This role is pivotal in supporting our portfolio of power generation projects tailored for Data Centers. The successful candidate will be responsible for the creation, coordination, and optimization of project schedules throughout all stages of data center execution, from pre-construction and procurement to construction, commissioning, and final turnover. The role demands superior organizational abilities, meticulous attention to detail, and strong collaborative skills to work effectively with engineering teams, EPC contractors, operations, and external partners. Prior experience with data center projects is highly desired.

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Schedule Development: Create and sustain comprehensive project schedules utilizing project management software, while considering resource availability, project milestones, and deadlines.

  • Resource Allocation: Oversee the distribution of resources, including personnel, equipment, and materials, to maximize efficiency and ensure project timelines are adhered to.

  • Risk Assessment: Proactively identify potential scheduling conflicts and risks, developing contingency plans to alleviate delays and minimize disruptions to project progress.

  • Collaboration: Work closely with project managers, engineers, subcontractors, and various stakeholders to ensure schedules are aligned and effective communication is maintained throughout the project lifecycle.

  • Progress Tracking: Monitor project progress and report on schedule adherence, making adjustments as necessary to meet project objectives.
