Role Overview

In the capacity of Propulsion Manufacturing Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the production of the propulsion subsystem for our high-orbit satellites. Your responsibilities will include the assembly of propulsion components into a subsystem and the integration of that subsystem onto the satellite vehicle. This position is highly collaborative, requiring you to meet both stakeholder and industry standards while adhering to aggressive cost and schedule targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the production of propulsion subsystems for high-orbit satellite applications.
  • Design, build, or source all tooling and equipment necessary for the assembly of propulsion components and subsystems.
  • Lead factory infrastructure improvements to enhance satellite production capabilities.
  • Develop manufacturing processes that comply with rigorous internal and external standards.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery and quality of the subsystems.
  • Participate in recruitment and hiring efforts to expand our dynamic team.
