About Talkiatry:
At Talkiatry, we are reshaping the landscape of psychiatry by providing accessible, compassionate, and responsible mental health care. Co-founded by a patient and a triple-board-certified psychiatrist, our national practice addresses the significant barriers that patients and clinicians face in obtaining and delivering top-tier treatment.
Every year, 60% of U. S. adults with a diagnosable mental illness remain untreated due to lack of access to care, while 45% of clinicians find themselves out of network with insurers due to low reimbursement rates and excessive administrative burdens. Our innovative technology and human-centered approach empower patients to receive the care they require while allowing psychiatrists to return to their core mission in medicine.
Your Responsibilities:
Cultivate and enhance relationships with physicians, practice administrators, clinical leaders, and referral teams.
Identify and convert new medical practices into long-term referral partners.
Support and optimize referral processes to ensure success.
