Position Summary
As a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner at Blackbird Health, you will be instrumental in providing thorough psychiatric evaluations, developing treatment plans, and managing medication for children, adolescents, and young adults. Your role will involve fostering meaningful relationships with patients to facilitate their engagement in treatment, dedicating the necessary time to understand their needs, educate them on available care options, and offer ongoing support. You will monitor patient progress towards care goals while ensuring their safety and well-being. Collaborating with an interdisciplinary team, you will be empowered to make a tangible impact in the lives of young patients and their families. This remote position requires a commitment of at least 10 hours per week.
