About the job
About Blackbird Health
At Blackbird Health, we are proud to be a clinician-founded and operated organization, committed to delivering exceptional mental health care for children. Our dedicated team believes in building a strong foundation through teamwork, which allows us to provide both virtual and in-person mental health services across Pennsylvania, Virginia, and New Jersey, with plans to expand into new markets in 2026.
We adopt a holistic approach to pediatric mental health, concentrating on the intricate interplay between the brain, body, and behavior to address the root causes of challenges faced by children, rather than merely treating symptoms. Every team member plays a crucial role, and you will find a collaborative, innovative, and supportive environment where your passion for helping children and families can truly thrive.
Join us in transforming mental health care for children for the better!
