As our valued Nicole departs after six years, we are in search of a Chief Medical Officer & Psychiatrist to enhance our team. In this dual role, you will contribute to the development of both children and adults and aid in the further professionalization of psychiatric care within the YOEP group.

Your Role as Psychiatrist & Chief Medical Officer
As a psychiatrist, you will be responsible for diagnosing and treating complex psychiatric issues in children and/or adults. You will closely collaborate with outpatient, multidisciplinary teams including GZ psychologists, educational specialists, therapists, youth care workers, and pediatricians. This cooperation ensures an integrated and coordinated approach to care.
In your capacity as Chief Medical Officer, you will, in consultation with the relevant director, hold ultimate responsibility for psychiatric patient care policies at YOEP. Your advice and expertise will support the management while keeping in mind both clinical quality and organizational interests. You will ensure optimal psychiatric practices are upheld within the organization and contribute to uniformity and clarity in procedures.
You will maintain contact with various collaborative networks within YOEP, liaise with the inspection authorities, and be available for medical assessments during incidents or when patient care safety is at risk. Additionally, you will provide guidance during medical-related complaints procedures and work as a psychiatrist across multiple sectors of the organization to stay close to daily practices.
