Role Overview

The Publisher Development Manager - Supply will lead publisher business development across North America, with a focus on in-app, web, and CTV inventory.

This position is key to Verve’s supply-side growth, with responsibility for finding, securing, and expanding high-quality publisher partnerships that improve marketplace liquidity and performance.

The role blends new business development, strategic partnership expansion, and supply monetization. The manager will help grow Verve’s publisher footprint, unlock new inventory sources, and support long-term revenue growth across important verticals and formats.

Collaboration is central: this person acts as the main commercial contact for publisher relationships and works closely with Technical Account Management, Product, and Operations to ensure smooth onboarding, strong performance, and ongoing optimization.

What You Will Do

  • Drive Publisher Business Development: Identify, pursue, and secure new publisher partnerships across in-app, mobile web, desktop, and CTV. Maintain a healthy pipeline of supply opportunities throughout North America, and manage the full sales cycle from outreach through contract negotiation and onboarding.
  • Own Publisher Relationships & Growth: Act as the main commercial contact for publisher partners. Develop and execute monetization strategies to maximize yield and support sustainable revenue growth. Spot upsell and expansion opportunities across formats, products, and integrations.
  • Scale Supply & Marketplace Performance: Drive marketplace growth and increase supply availability.
