The Purchasing Operations Manager will play a crucial role in spearheading operational excellence within the newly integrated Global Purchasing and Supply Chain (GPSC) team. This position will emphasize evaluating process effectiveness, fostering a data-driven culture through advanced reporting tools, and leading cross-departmental enhancements. You will help transition our rapidly growing organization from manual processes to a high-performance, automated environment. As the architect of our supply chain processes, you will be responsible for maintaining the organizational "Playbook" and serve as the primary stakeholder for essential system upgrades, ensuring that all protocols are scalable and compliant with SOX regulations.
