Role Profile
As a Pursuits Associate in New York, you will play a pivotal role within our Americas Growth team, spearheading the end-to-end pursuit process for prominent commercial design and build projects across the region. You will serve as a key driver in creating compelling narratives and high-quality bid submissions that highlight Unispace’s unique value proposition to esteemed global and local clients.
This dynamic position demands a blend of creative storytelling, project management, and strategic thinking. You will collaborate closely with Business Development, Design, and Preconstruction leaders in our New York studio and beyond to transform complex technical solutions into persuasive proposals, ensuring each client interaction is professional, innovative, and aligned with our brand excellence.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Bid Management & Coordination: Lead the coordination of the bid process for mid-scale and complex pursuits. Develop and maintain bid programs, ensuring all internal stakeholders adhere to critical deadlines and that final submissions are of the highest quality.
- Content Development & Storytelling: Write and edit tailored, client-centric content for proposals, RFPs, and presentations. Translate technical concepts into clear and compelling language.
