We seek Python coding specialists who are deeply knowledgeable about algorithms, data structures, software architecture, frontend and backend development, cloud infrastructure, and systems programming, all while demonstrating fluency in Python. You will engage with advanced language models on topics such as asynchronous programming, RESTful API integration, memory management, object-oriented design, secure coding practices, and debugging distributed systems, meticulously documenting every failure mode to enhance model reasoning.
Your typical day will involve collaborating with the model on software engineering tasks and technical scenarios using Python. You will verify logical accuracy and coding fluency, assess code quality and clarity, capture reproducible error traces, and propose improvements to our prompt engineering and evaluation metrics.
A bachelor’s, master’s, or PhD in computer science, software engineering, or a closely related technical field is preferred; practical Python experience, technical writing abilities, or contributions to open-source projects signal a strong fit. Exceptional, metacognitive communication, demonstrating your thought process, is essential.

We offer a competitive pay range of $8 to $65 per hour, with the precise rate established based on your experience, expertise, and geographic location. Please note that final offer amounts may differ from the stated pay range.
