This initiative calls for a unique position that amalgamates engineering prowess, automation, rapid experimentation, and go-to-market execution.About the RoleWe are seeking a dedicated full-time GTM Automation Engineer to design, automate, and refine our outbound growth systems. This hybrid role integrates expertise in Clay automation, light engineering, outbound infrastructure development, experimentation, and effective copywriting.In this position, you will construct and sustain the engine propelling our outbound efforts: Clay workflows, enrichment pipelines, domain infrastructure, multi-tool integrations, personalization systems, and data dashboards. You will execute rapid experiments, produce conversion-oriented outbound copy, troubleshoot deliverability issues, and escalate sending volumes across extensive lead databases.Your collaboration with our marketing, product, and sales teams will be paramount, yet you will take ownership of your domain with significant autonomy. The systems you engineer will have a direct impact on pipeline generation, revenue growth, and our go-to-market strategy. This role is highly technical and impactful, blending engineering with growth, and your contributions will be substantial.ResponsibilitiesYou will oversee the complete outbound automation ecosystem, which includes:1. Clay Workflows & Lead Infrastructure- Develop sophisticated Clay workflows for scraping, enrichment, validation, scoring, routing, and personalization.- Utilize APIs, webhooks, and custom coding to automate data pipelines.- Create ICP logic, trigger systems, and multi-step lead flows.2. Multi-Domain Email Infrastructure, Deliverability, and Verification- Establish hundreds to thousands of domains, including warming, DNS settings, DMARC, DKIM, and SPF.- Construct scalable campaign systems in Instantly using Apollo data.- Master the intricacies of email verification with tools like LeadMagic, BounceBan, and others.- Ensure deliverability and sending health across all domains.- Implement verification, cleansing, and bounce prevention measures.3. Experiments & Optimization- Conduct multiple outbound experiments weekly, driving continuous optimization.
