This position demands a solid grasp of automated testing frameworks, adeptness in configuring testing environments, and expertise in scripting for test automation, particularly for customer server platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Testing Approach & Tool Adoption: Familiarize yourself with the testing methodologies and tools developed by our international QA team. Modify and enhance testing approaches to meet our platform and customer specifications. Implement best practices for thorough system validation and performance testing.
2. Test Environment Setup & Execution: Build resilient test environments while ensuring seamless integration with our platform. Configure hardware and software setups to accurately simulate real-world customer scenarios, validating platform performance, stability, and security across various conditions.
3. Automation & Scripting: Create automated test scripts to facilitate efficient platform validation and continuous integration. Elevate test automation frameworks, minimizing reliance on manual testing. Optimize and sustain automation tools to ensure high standards of hardware and software quality assurance.
4. Customer-Centric Testing Support: Align test automation practices with customer server environments. Collaborate with customers to define quality metrics and areas for improvement. Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve testing-related challenges on customer platforms.
5. Cross-Team Collaboration: Partner with development, QA, and system engineering teams across the globe to enhance testing processes. Engage in reviews, offering insights into test coverage and reliability. Continuously improve testing strategies to boost efficiency and accuracy.
