Key ResponsibilitiesPerform complex mechanical tasks, including frame and component replacements, adhering to manufacturer standards. Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical issues with accuracy, ensuring high-quality workmanship. Implement lean methodologies to enhance efficiency and optimize mechanical repair workflows. Maintain and adhere to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to guarantee repair consistency and quality. Ensure all repairs align with vehicle manufacturer specifications and safety regulations. RequirementsMust be a qualified mechanic. Experience with main dealerships is essential. Demonstrated mechanical experience in the automotive or a related technical field. Strong practical skills in mechanical repairs, including dismantling and reassembling components. Familiarity with diagnostic tools, workshop equipment, and technical manuals is necessary. Knowledge of lean principles and process-driven environments is a plus. Self-motivated, with the ability to lead by example in achieving repair efficiency and quality objectives. Must have personal tools (Tool Purchase Scheme available after 6 months). Valid full driving license is required.
