Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Civil, Architectural, or a related field). Minimum of 10–15 years of QA/QC experience in building projects. Proven experience in Civil and Architectural works is mandatory. Familiarity with Aconex and CAD is required. ISO 9001 or a Quality certification is preferred.

The Quality Assurance and Control (QA/QC) Manager will be entrusted with comprehensive oversight and authority for the management, execution, and enforcement of all Quality Assurance and Quality Control protocols throughout the project lifecycle. This position is pivotal in protecting the Client’s interests, ensuring that all activities, materials, testing, inspections, and installations conform fully to contractual obligations, approved designs, the Saudi Building Code (SBC), and all relevant standards.

Key Responsibilities

· Implement and manage the Project Quality Management Plan (QMP).
· Enforce Inspection & Test Plans (ITPs) and manage inspection hold points.
· Ensure that all necessary inspections, tests, and certifications are completed and approved before the closure of activities.
· Validate that all materials meet approved specifications and submittals.
· Guarantee compliance with the Saudi Building Code (SBC) and other regulatory requirements.
· Monitor and assess workmanship quality across civil, architectural, MEP, and modular works.
· Generate, manage, and resolve Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs).
· Utilize Aconex for all QA/QC documentation and approvals as a mandatory requirement.
· Possess working knowledge of CAD for reviewing drawings and identifying discrepancies.
· Lead and supervise QA/QC inspectors, collaborating with the Contractor's QA/QC teams.
