Your Role

We are seeking a Quality Assurance Engineer II to join our Business Operations team. You'll be the advocate for quality from the inception of the product life cycle, ensuring we deliver impactful solutions that empower our Sales, Support, Finance, and Billing teams.

As a QA Engineer II, you will:

  • Champion quality and prevention. You will promote a quality-first mindset in every scrum ceremony, ensuring the team understands the reasons behind each issue and its effect on our users.
  • Own quality strategy and testing. You will develop thorough test plans, leverage data to enhance project quality, and lead initiatives to elevate the quality mindset across the entire team.
  • Automate. You will align our processes with development speed, making informed decisions on what, how, and when to automate.

We are currently considering candidates who reside within commuting distance of our offices in Lincoln or Omaha, Nebraska. However, our flexible work policy allows for variable office attendance.
