Job Overview
We are on the lookout for a skilled Quality Assurance Lead to join our expanding Enterprise Technology team. In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in creating a robust and scalable QA function across Saronic's enterprise application ecosystem. This is a hands-on position where you will initially take charge of QA activities, while also defining the necessary processes, tools, and standards to establish a resilient QA organization. As this function evolves, you will play a key role in shaping hiring strategies and mentoring additional QA personnel as required.
Collaboration is key: you will work closely with Product Owners, Business Systems, Engineering, Integration, Security, and various stakeholders to ensure that our enterprise platforms and integrations are delivered with exceptional quality, strong controls, and comprehensive traceability. Our environment comprises integrated enterprise systems including CRM, ERP, HCM, analytics, collaboration platforms, and manufacturing-related systems, all of which demand meticulous change management, documentation, and compliance readiness.
