What We're Looking For
As the Quality Assurance Manager, you will be instrumental in upholding the reliability and performance of the Mujin Controller and Mujin Pendant. Your role will involve working with cross-functional teams to develop and enhance quality assurance frameworks, identify and rectify defects, and continually improve product quality. A comprehensive understanding of embedded systems, encompassing both hardware and software, is essential for delivering top-tier solutions. You will also serve as a primary liaison among Mujin's global teams, including Mujin Europe and Mujin US, ensuring uniform quality standards across all regions. By promptly addressing local challenges and disseminating best practices, you will contribute to maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction worldwide.

Key Responsibilities
1. Lead quality assurance initiatives throughout the entire product lifecycle, from inception to deployment.
2. Develop and implement quality control processes and KPIs (e.g., FPY) to assess and enhance product performance.
3. Maintain and analyze quality databases to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
4. Establish and uphold QA policies and procedures to guarantee consistent standards.
5. Supervise manufacturing and quality documentation to ensure traceability and compliance.
6. Conduct root cause analysis and corrective actions to resolve quality issues effectively.
