About the Role
As a pivotal member of our technology team, the Quality Assurance (QA) Manager will report directly to the Head of Product. This role is instrumental in shaping quality assurance strategies across IT projects and operations, ensuring our solutions deliver substantial value to customers and the organization alike.
In this collaborative position, you will engage with Engineering, Sales, Customer Success, and external partners to develop and implement robust testing standards, processes, and best practices, guaranteeing the delivery of dependable, secure, and high-performing technology solutions.
The ideal candidate is a dynamic leader with extensive expertise in software testing methodologies and a proven history of driving quality improvements in fast-paced IT environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and uphold QA strategies, policies, and procedures for the delivery of exceptional IT solutions.
- Develop and execute detailed roadmaps that outline clear pathways to achieving quality objectives.
- Lead the planning, design, and execution of test plans, test cases, and test scripts for software applications and IT systems.
- Work closely with business analysts, developers, project managers, and other stakeholders to establish quality requirements and ensure alignment with business goals.
- Assess and integrate new testing tools, technologies, and automation frameworks to boost QA efficiency and effectiveness.
- Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions for defects and quality challenges.
- Manage user acceptance testing (UAT) and support production releases for successful deployment.
- Regularly communicate QA status, risks, and challenges to senior leadership and project stakeholders.
- Foster close collaboration with leadership, engineering, design, QA, and customer success teams to ensure cohesive product execution.
